By accessing or using NavyAI's API service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using NavyAI, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Service Description

NavyAI provides a unified API gateway to access multiple AI language models, image generation services, and other AI-powered capabilities from various providers including:

3. API Access and Usage

3.1 API Keys

• ▸API keys can be generated through our Discord bot (using the /key command) or through the dashboard
• ▸Each key is unique and tied to your Discord account (dashboard uses Discord authentication)
• ▸You are responsible for keeping your API key secure
• ▸Sharing, selling, or publicly exposing your API key is prohibited
• ▸Lost or compromised keys cannot be recovered

3.2 Usage Limits

• ▸Token limits are based on your subscription plan
• ▸Daily token usage resets at midnight UTC
• ▸Rate limits apply to prevent abuse (requests per minute)
• ▸Exceeding limits will result in temporary request blocking

3.3 Fair Use Policy

• ▸The Service is intended for reasonable API usage
• ▸Automated scraping or bulk data extraction is prohibited
• ▸Attempting to reverse-engineer or bypass our systems is forbidden
• ▸We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts showing abusive patterns

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use NavyAI to:

• ▸Generate illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
• ▸Create content that violates anyone's rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)
• ▸Generate harmful, abusive, or harassing content
• ▸Impersonate individuals or organizations
• ▸Generate spam, phishing content, or malware
• ▸Overwhelm our servers with excessive requests
• ▸Resell or sublicense access without permission
• ▸Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build competing products
• ▸Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate context

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Token-Based Pricing

• ▸Services are priced based on token consumption
• ▸Different models have different token multipliers
• ▸Premium models are only available on paid plans
• ▸Token costs are deducted from your daily allowance

6.2 Subscription Plans

• ▸Free Plan: Limited daily tokens and restricted model access
• ▸Paid Plans: Higher token limits and access to premium models
• ▸Plan upgrades through Discord support
• ▸All sales are final - no refunds, no exceptions

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 NavyAI Property

• ▸The NavyAI name, logo, and branding are our property
• ▸Our API documentation and code examples are licensed for use with our Service only
• ▸You may not copy or redistribute our proprietary systems

7.2 Your Content

• ▸You retain ownership of content you create using our Service
• ▸You grant us a limited license to process your requests through AI providers
• ▸We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abusive activity, non-payment, or legal compliance requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. General Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via Discord. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
